If you wish to return an item, please follow these instructions:

Where to send the items? Via OMNIVA parcel locker:

⚠️ Do not stick labels on the manufacturer's original packaging. ⚠️ Keep the shipment tracking number – necessary if the parcel gets lost or if you need to prove it was sent.

If the parcel does not fit in the parcel locker, send to:

• Ateities g. 1, Dainų k., Šiauliai

What to include in the package?

• Order number

Return period

• 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item

Items must be:

• Unused, unmounted, and clean

• With undamaged, neat packaging

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

❗ Parcels sent to other parcel lockers will not be collected. ❗ If the return conditions do not meet the requirements, the items will be returned back to you – shipping costs are covered by the customer.
